Denis I. Goeser, AIA, NCARBSenior Architect Market Sector Leader - Aviation
Denis has led terminal and air-traffic control tower design teams at LAX, JFK, Houston Hobby and Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport among many others during his 44-year career. His aviation-facility design experience dovetails with his expertise in security design, which is occasionally called upon by national media such as the Wall Street Journal. He continues to lead design teams for high-profile aviation projects valued in the tens and hundreds of millions of dollars. He has authored and co-authored articles for Engineering News-Record and Architectural Record among others, and he has spoken at numerous professional events such as national and international conferences for the American Institute of Architects and the Federal Aviation Administration. His webinar for AIA in November 2001, Building Security through Design: Insights and Best Practices, saw 5,000 participants from 300 locations — superlative attendance for AIA at the time.
