ProfileJordan is a registered architect with more than 27 years of experience in the aviation sector. He has led a number of major aviation projects, demonstrating great acuity in helping clients clarify and execute their goals. This includes overseeing the implementation of airport terminal capital improvement programs, contracting and risk management, subconsultant agreements, fee proposals and negotiations, work-plan strategies and organization, staffing, resource management, invoicing and cash flow management, technical report preparation, and development of quality control approach for aviation projects. Major achievements include a 14-gate new terminal facility for Myrtle Beach South Carolina, a 12-gate concourse replacement at Knoxville, TN, a new terminal, garage and loop roadway for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton PA, and multiple planning studies for the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority.
