Profile

Ignacio applies over 20 years of experience in the practice of programming and designing educational environments that accelerate learning. He specializes in inquiry-based educational spaces for colleges and universities, and has published articles in College and Planning Management and American School and University.  He was a featured speaker at the 2014 SCUP Southern Conference and the Florida Education Facilities Planners Association Conference and has addressed numerous school facilities departments on various subjects including Scale-Up classroom and laboratory design.  As a State Director for the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, he is engaged in the community heading advocacy on legislative appropriations.  Ignacio is a registered architect in Florida and Texas, certified LEED BD+C and a member of NCARB.
