Kurt is immersed in the culture, standards, and processes of federal clients. During his 26-year military career with the Army Corps of Engineers he executed operations in military construction and civil works around the world, and provided design and construction management support to other federal agencies involving complex business plans, managing multi-million dollar budgets, indirectly managing hundreds of personnel, and involving regular interface with Congressional leadership and senior-level Executive branch officials. His extensive background includes complex project management, revenue enhancement, cost avoidance, customer relationship management, negotiated settlements, problem analysis and resolution, and international projects. He has an Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska, and is a member of international business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma.
