An iconic power plant in Owatonna, MN, that was damaged in a 2010 flood has new life as the headquarters of Owatonna Public Utilities following a significant renovation designed by architects LEO A DALY.
LEO A DALY’s renovation of the historic 1945 Mission-Revival building includes 55 rooms, a soaring entry space, large multipurpose rooms, a dedicated women’s wing and serenity garden, administrative offices, classrooms, a training kitchen, specialized bariatric units, and public spaces for social gatherings.
