Richard Mason, AIA, NCARB
Project Manager – Architecture

Richard Mason is a skilled architect with 31 years of experience. As project manager, he works closely with contractors and design teams to execute ambitious hotel and resort projects within the client’s budget and schedule.

“Richard is a hands-on architect who knows how to get things built. His ability to manage complex construction projects and put together flawless construction documents gives our practice, and our clients, a definite edge,” said Pat Miller, global hospitality market leader.

Gordon Lee, LEED Green Associate
Senior Designer

Gordon Lee brings more than 14 years of experience in hotel, resort, and retail design to LEO A DALY. Trained in both architecture and interior design, he possesses a holistic knowledge of hospitality design, from the building envelope to the finest interior details.

“Gordon’s critical eye for design and the guest experience is a huge asset in bringing our clients’ visions to life,” Miller said.

Neal Randall
Job Captain

Neal Randall brings 10 years of experience in interior and architectural design and documentation to LEO A DALY. As job captain, he works closely with the hospitality design team and clients to understand their goals to achieve the desired guest experience. 

“Neal has an understanding of design sense that translates perfectly to hospitality. His enthusiasm and attention to detail are a great asset our clients,” said Miller.
