She’ll be a great fit with our design culture, and an asset to our clients.”

“I’m excited to be joining LEO A DALY, a 100-year-old firm with a 98-year history in Minnesota. I love this region and believe that every project can enhance our client’s lives through design. This firm’s dedication to delivering design excellence in a technically rigorous and client-focused way matches perfectly with my own motivations and goals,” said Shaffer.
Shaffer joins LEO A DALY from the University of Minnesota, where she helped manage capital projects and oversee all aspects of design and planning. She was also principal design project-manager for Target Corporation, where she led retail and corporate projects in India and the United States.
Continuing the growth of LEO A DALY Minneapolis, today’s announcement comes on the heels of the Matthew Johnson’s appointment as Managing Principal.
