Robert D. Counter, AIA, Joins LEO A DALY Los Angeles as Director of Healthcare

International architecture and engineering firm LEO A DALY announced today that Robert Counter, AIA, has joined its Los Angeles team as Director of Healthcare. In this role, he will serve as chief strategist and decision-maker for the LA office’s growing healthcare-design practice.
Robert has over 30 years of experience as a healthcare-design practice leader, specializing in the design and planning of complex medical and science & technology projects. His portfolio of recent work includes major projects for Cedars-Sinai, Kaiser Permanente, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and Olive View-UCLA Medical Center.

Robert joins LEO A DALY to meet an increasing demand for the firm’s architectural and engineering services in the healthcare market. LEO A DALY is currently involved in projects for VA West Los Angeles Medical Center, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, and Zayed Military Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The firm was recently ranked 6th by Modern Healthcare.
