Description ^The Honolulu office is seeking a Project Architect within several of our core markets, but beginning with our Healthcare and Military markets. Candidate must demonstrate experience in Healthcare or Military facility design, with a high degree of technical complexity, and production of construction documents. Candidate must exhibit excellent client relation values and are expected to be involved with business development, design, coordination, and production of each project. Position requires involvement with multiple phased projects for multiple projects that may be scheduled concurrently. Requires ability to lead meetings, perform code analysis, strategize documentations, coordinate all disciplines and ensure document quality on schedule and within the client’s and the Company’s budgets. Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from accredited college or university in Architecture
· Licensed Architect in the State of Hawaii is required; Hawaii resident preferred
· 9+ years overall commercial project experience; Minimum 5 years in a similar role with proven track record of success and revenue growth in either Healthcare of Military markets· Proven track record in negotiating new relationships/contracts that meet revenue, profitability, and financial goals· Proven strong technical detailing skills in a variety of construction materials and building types
· Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team
· REVIT proficiency is a plus
· LEED® Accredited Professional is a plus
