Description

Individual will function as a Project Architect within several of our core markets, but begining with our Healthcare group. Individual must demonstrate experience in these core project types with a high degree of technical complexity. Position requires involvement with the production and coordination of teams with multiple phased projects. Candidate must exhibit excellent client relation values and are expected to be involved with design, coordination, and production meetings. Project Architects are responsible to coordinate the workload of the Project Team through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule and within the client’s and the Company’s budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong comprehension of California Codes
• Minimum of 7 years overall experience, Healthcare experience preferred.
• Licensed in the state of California (or other states)
• Must be able to produce coordinated documents in Autocad, Revit 2010 and BIM.
• O.S.H.P.D. experience perferred
• Proven planning, coordination and commincation skills required – referrals documented
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Bachelors degree in Architecture (Masters preferred)
