Jerry applies 35 years as an architect, manager and executive to create innovative, award-winning projects. He excels in leading design teams to create direct operational savings for clients. Although he excels in all aspects of project development and execution, he specializes in the design of military and aviation technical facilities, and in the past 20 years has completed over 100 hangar bay designs. Military or commercial, his aviation experience is unparalleled and recognized industry-wide for its innovation.
J. Craig Carr, PE, LEED AP BD+C
Director of Engineering
Craig has provided leadership on a wide range of projects, including the planning, management, design and construction supervision of mechanical, plumbing and specialty systems, including biocontainment laboratories (BSL2, BSL3 and BSL4), animal holding and research facilities, clean rooms, research and development, manufacturing, healthcare, institutional, military and commercial facilities. His responsibilities have included overall project management, energy life cycle costing, HVAC design, plumbing and laboratory and medical piping systems, specialty gases and central plant heating and cooling distribution systems, along with applications requiring acoustical considerations. Craig has over 25 years of experience related to design of biomedical research and vivarium facilities, including fume hood and biosafety cabinet design and selection, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for biomedical research and vivarium facilities.
Tony Pascocello, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, LC
Director of Design
Tony Pascocello has over 18 years of experience as an architect and architectural lighting designer in the United States, Middle East, and Asia. He has held senior architectural design roles on numerous prominent transportation projects, including the Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar, Lester B. Pearson International Airport in Toronto and Penn Station Redevelopment Project, which was exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, Columbia University, Cooper Union New York, and the Canadian Center for Architecture. Tony designed the architectural lighting for two of the 10 tallest buildings in 2015, Shanghai Tower and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Headquarters.

Ed has been with LEO A DALY since his retirement from the US Air Force in 2008. He has over 26 years of active duty experience in the US Air Force as a civil engineer, culminating in three successive positions as the Base Civil Engineer and Fire Marshall, and has a diverse background in architecture/design, construction management, force protection, and physical plant operations. His extensive experience includes the management of a multitude of base level engineering projects, from small Sustainment Restoration & Modernization (SR&M) work to large MILCON facility alteration/construction.

With almost 40 years’ experience, Les has worked on award-winning healthcare facilities for over 300 clients in 32 states and on 5 continents. He has spoken extensively around the country on various topics in healthcare and campus planning and has contributed to numerous publications. With five years of experience in a client role as the director of capital planning for a major academic and research institution, he is exceptionally qualified to perceive problems and solutions from the viewpoints of both the designer and the owner.
