Since 1974, Bill has built a reputation as a hands-on principal and designer, earning numerous design awards, and gaining recognition for his design ability as well as effective management of design teams. His commitment to service is reflected in the repeat clients he has served such as Florida Gulf Coast University, Florida Atlantic University, Broward College, Palm Beach County, and the City of Miami. Bill directs and manages the business activities of the West Palm Beach office, including the coordination and management of major programs and projects.

Throughout his career, Fernando has excelled in consensus building to reflect the needs of clients for large scale, complex projects. His experience in unifying stakeholders into a common vision and translating that vision into manageable goals has resulted in practical, sensible and sensitive design. Fernando’s diverse portfolio includes civic, higher education, city hall and correctional public sector facilities.
Ron is a design architect with 30 years of experience specializing in higher educational facilities. His award winning work for colleges, universities, and research institutions has earned him 18 national design awards, 48 regional design awards, and 62 local design awards. His philosophy of designing physical environments to enhance lives is the starting point and touchstone for each of his designs. Ron strives to understand what issues will impact individuals – whether it is space limitations, sustainability practices, materials or flexible use. His portfolio reflects his use of sustainable strategies, and includes two recently LEED Platinum certified education projects: Florida Atlantic University College of Engineering and Computer Sciences and Florida Gulf Coast University Academic 7.
