Senior Project Manager - Aviation
Elwin is an aviation planner and project manager with 30 years of experience. His experience with large and complex aviation projects makes him a unique resource to our clients and to project teams. He has experience managing projects with up to 20 subconsultants, and in the planning and coordination of nearly two million square feet of design at an estimated construction cost of over one billion dollars. He has participated in two major airport construction programs of over $250 million from schematic design through construction completion: William P. Hobby Airport, and the Tom Bradley International Terminal renovation at LAX.
Denis I. Goeser, AIA, NCARB

In addition to a wide variety of terminal planning and design projects, Denis has served as project manager for over 100 airport traffic control towers, TRACONs, and related projects across the country and internationally. Projects have included developing, site-adapting, modifying, and redesigning FAA tower and base building standards, and custom-designing towers and base buildings as symbols reflecting the unique character of some of our nation’s best-known airports. As project manager and project architect, he led two consecutive five-year FAA national task order contracts, and recently completed a six-year ATCT and TRACON Task Order contract for the FAA Central Region. He has twice edited the FAA Control Tower and TRACON Design Order, and has completed training in Design-Build Project Delivery at the Design-Build Institute of America.
Rob Nichols has 19 years of experience in architectural project management, coordination, and construction administration and quality control. His experience with large and complex projects and his knowledge of project management with a diverse range of private clients and governmental entities makes him a unique resource to our clients and to the project team. Rob has worked on numerous high profile aviation projects including those with the Los Angeles International Airport, Palm Springs International Airport, and San Jose International Airport.
Tony Pascocello, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, LC
Director of Design
Tony Pascocello has over 18 years of experience as an architect and architectural lighting designer in the United States, Middle East, and Asia. He has held senior architectural design roles on numerous prominent transportation projects, including the Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar, Lester B. Pearson International Airport in Toronto and Penn Station Redevelopment Project, which was exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, Columbia University, Cooper Union New York, and the Canadian Center for Architecture. Tony designed the architectural lighting for two of the 10 tallest buildings in 2015, Shanghai Tower and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Headquarters.
Jordan N. Taylor, AIA, LEED AP

Jordan is a registered architect with more than 27 years of experience in the aviation sector. He has led a number of major aviation projects, demonstrating great acuity in helping clients clarify and execute their goals. This includes overseeing the implementation of airport terminal capital improvement programs, contracting and risk management, subconsultant agreements, fee proposals and negotiations, work-plan strategies and organization, staffing, resource management, invoicing and cash flow management, technical report preparation, and development of quality control approach for aviation projects. Major achievements include a 14-gate new terminal facility for Myrtle Beach South Carolina, a 12-gate concourse replacement at Knoxville, TN, a new terminal, garage and loop roadway for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton PA, and multiple planning studies for the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority.
