This 213,000-SF, Class III, themed-casino was developed for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe on a fast-track schedule to expedite revenue generation. The facility is comprised of gaming activities, including 500 slot machines, 12 blackjack tables, a poker room, a 1960s beach-themed diner, and a 4,500-seat outdoor amphitheater. Guests arrive through a central vestibule featuring 40,000-SF of ceiling sky murals. A series of plazas link the hotel and casino and provide a pathway to reach the 4,400-seat amphitheater. This pathway also includes a variety of entertainment and food venues.

Phase I was completed in only 12 months and Phase II was completed less than two years later.
