Evo A. DeConcini Federal Building and United States Courthouse

Tucson, Arizona

LEO A DALY provided programming, architectural, engineering and interiors services for this 414,000-SF Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse.  The facility includes 15 courtrooms along with shared service areas, including a grand jury suite, jury assembly area, pre-trial and probation offices, cafeteria and daycare center. The GSA selected this project as a pilot for its Energy Saving Project Contract Program, where high efficiency equipment is installed by vendors at no initial cost, and subsequently paid for based on energy savings. The project was completed in association with Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates.
