Flagler Development Group Corporate Offices

Miami, Florida

Due to mergers and acquisitions, Flagler Development Group required new space for their corporate headquarters that would accommodate anticipated growth. Expansive work areas set along perimeter walls were designed to allow for ample natural lighting. A variety of public meeting areas and private "quiet" rooms are included throughout the floor. Work stations surround a glass core that incorporates all support elements including main lobby, copy/mailroom and a multitude of conference rooms. Located in the core is a glass-enclosed break room that can accommodate 50 people, and transitions seamlessly from lounge area to interactive coffee bar to kitchen dining area.

The executive areas at the front of the building include private offices, an executive administrative lobby, executive offices, and an octagonal boardroom and training room featuring double volume spaces, clearstory windows, and custom millwork. A vast amount of glazing gives the space an open, free flowing effect.
