The four-story, 67,000-SF F.W. Olin Physical Science building, located on the campus of Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, houses the physics, chemistry, and astronomy departments. In addition to the teaching and research labs, the center houses a roof-top observatory, a two-story physics experimental research lab with an overhead crane, and instrumentation teaching labs complete with a 500-MHz NMR magnet. The building features a cast-in-place concrete structure clad in brick.
