Liberty Health Medical Office Building
Jersey City, New Jersey
The design of this 75,000-SF medical office building is classic and clean, keeping with the site's surroundings. The building mass is cut away to reveal a layer of glass stretching from the main entrance to large windows on the top level. Architecturally, the cutout at the top level refers to the "piano nobile" (noble level) of classical architecture, while the glass on the bottom level entry point reveals an inviting two-story lobby beyond, with a grand ceiling-to-floor water feature. The interiors combine a modern, clean aesthetic through the use of limestone, marble, and wood.
