This new 190,000-SF, 2000-student high school project includes educational, administrative, sports, building support, bus/automobile drop-off zones, and 200 parking spaces. The campus layout and distribution is designed and integrated for joint use with the existing Bethune's County Park. These amenities include playfields/pool, parking, large gymnasium and a multi-purpose facility. Specially incorporated components include Planning and Design Guidelines for Small Learning Communities (SLC) and adherence to Sustainable Design standards according to the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS).

The high school includes four small learning communities consisting of classrooms; performing arts, music and drama facilities; physical education and athletics building; athletics field facilities; library and media center; multi-purpose room; student store; parent center; adult education; administrative offices; student career center; textbook storage; health facilities; and maintenance and operations facilities.
