Client Pueblo of Sandia

Sandia Casino

Albuqerque, New Mexico

The crescent-shaped, 210,000-SF gaming structure features views of the Sandia Mountains through a 40-foot, floor-to-ceiling glass wall. Indigenous natural materials including wood vigas and latillas were incorporated into the pueblo-style design featuring native artwork in the ceramic tiles and murals. Gaming facilities include a 800-seat bingo hall, fine-dining restaurant, 250-seat buffet restaurant, deli, gift shop, entertainment lounge, meeting space, poker room, and up to 1,200 slot machines. Pueblo of Sandia is the largest casino in New Mexico with a site that includes a 3,000-seat amphitheater. The two-level, 800-car underground parking facility was built to minimize land use as the casino is the first phase of a multi-phase resort project.
