Multi-phase Satellite High School Renovation

LEO A DALY has master planned the existing campus of Satellite High School to add much needed classroom space, update the athletic facilities, increase office and administration area, and to create a performance/assembly courtyard for students and faculty. This large scaled public education project was accomplished in five phases within an occupied campus.
Key project renovations include the music building, existing science labs building, general education building, cafeteria, media center, field track, gymnasium locker rooms, gymnasium office spaces, replacement of the campus chiller system, and relocation of the central computer server. Upgrades included new HVAC systems and data and technology infrastructure upgrades in numerous locations.
Additions include a new science lab, general education classroom and administration office building; general education building for housing administrative offices and multiple special-use classrooms; free standing field house including locker rooms for varsity athletics, equipment storage, showers, restrooms, and a coach's office; physical training room; central courtyard plaza; student parking; revised entry courtyard with new vehicular drop-off canopy.
