Hospitality Center for Year Round Operations

The South Florida Fair is a public venue on 135 acres that hosts year-round events in addition to the annual 17-day fair that takes place every January. Annually, 650,000 people attend events at the fairgrounds.
In order to accommodate the demand for event hosting and an operations center at the fairground, the South Florida Fair required a building to house these functions. The resulting two-story, 16,242-SF Hospitality Center includes space for year round security, first aid station, and administrative office space. The building also supplies a Guest Services area when the fair and other events are in progress on the grounds.
When the fair is not in progress, a 155-person capacity banquet space and second floor 104-person capacity terrace provide space for hosting various social and community events.
