LEO A DALY assisted SYSCO with designing a prototype distribution facility and completed nine distribution centers in the states of Florida, Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia, and Minnesota. These 100,000- to 160,000-SF dry and refrigerated distribution center projects had aggressive budgets and schedules to meet SYSCO's business plan. Our effective architectural and engineering designs, project management, innovative refrigeration system design and life cycle costing provided successful results and supported SYSCO's business growth.
