Fort Worth, Texas
LEO A DALY studied the old Amon Carter Stadium, home of the Horned Frogs football program, to determine if it could be upgraded to meet modern facility standards. After conducted interviews with the university facilities group and athletic department to determine their needs and wants, existing conditions were reviewed and an analysis performed to determine the approach to upgrade the existing stadium in several phases. After confirmation of project scope, design concept options were presented to the University, including provisions for phasing based on funding. A conceptual cost estimate was developed in line-item format, directly related to the approved scope items prioritized to facilitate scope prioritization and fundraising.
