The 44,000-SF basketball complex contains two practice courts, a strength and conditioning center, sports medicine center, academic/film rooms, coaches' offices, locker rooms, equipment room, academic support spaces, conference spaces, and lounges. The facility entrance is the Hall of Honor exhibit space: a shrine to the 1966 Texas Western College (now known as UTEP) national championship team. Capacity includes 11,767 permanent seats, 36 wheelchair seats, and 800 portable seats on the floor in the round or 7,000 to 9,000 seats with end stage seating.
