Westpark Corporate Center in Tysons Corner, Virginia was a multi-phased, 500,000-SF office park project. Architectural design for Phase I of the project included a nine-story, 280,000-SF office building located atop four floors of structured parking. The master plan for Phase II-A provided a second, nine-story structure with 24,700-SF per floor, placed perpendicular to Phase I.

The Phase I and II buildings are viewed as a pair, organized around a common arrival court. The combined structures have a total of 1,547 below-grade parking spaces. The master plan for Phase II-B provided a seven-story, 140,000-SF structure on the east edge of the site adjacent to an existing office building.
