When Leo A Daly provided interior design services for the renovation of the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth, we did so for three clients: the owner, Capital Hotel Management; the flag, Renaissance, a Marriott company; and the management team, Renaissance Hotel Management.
As part of our engagement, Leo A Daly was responsible for renovating 474 guestrooms, 30 suites and public spaces, including the lobby and the bridge/dining area. We combined Fort Worth's unique elements, melding the cultural sophistication of its art museums and performance halls with its rustic stockyards. In the Renaissance Worthington Hotel, Leo A Daly used elements of these diverse features to create an atmosphere of Western sophistication.
Through our ability to incorporate the clients' vision, the area's aesthetic and our knowledge of Marriott's standards and processes, we were able to complete a design solution resulting in extremely pleased clients.
"Leo A Daly understands our business and business challenges. We shared with the design team our basic premise of business positioning in this market and what we thought we should be doing with the property. The team incorporated our intent into a tangible, physical product that complements where want to go. We're getting great comments from our guests. We've done the right thing from an overall aesthetic."
