Leo A Daly is providing complete design services for this 75,000 GSF medical office building. The design concept is to create a classic, clean, and monumental building in keeping with the site’s surroundings. The building mass is cut away to reveal a layer of glass stretching from the main entrance to large windows on the top level. In the two-story lobby is water feature, falling from ceiling to floor.
The interiors combine a modern, clean aesthetic with rich materials, such as limestone, marble, and wood. Additionally, an indoor/outdoor environment is created through the use of interior plantings, a water feature, and wood paneling.
