The new structure has a contemporary exterior and building core. To highlight diagonal White House views, the last bay was clad in a glass curtain wall, which terminates in a landscaped rooftop terrace. Now, with a sleek and modern facade, impressive views and a highly desirable address, 1899 Pennsylvania Avenue is an inviting location to prospective tenants.
