The design for this Central Piazza “plan” organizes retail and office space with courtyards that extend from the piazza connected by pedestrian walkways, providing perimeter access to the center.

Features include a 250 SM office tower, two 150 SM Soho towers, and a 100 SM office building. Green space is maximized, creating a compelling mixed use project that invites, supports, and provides a genuine urban environment. The 150 SM Soho Towers anchor the west piazza, while the 250 SM Tower anchors the east piazza. The separation opens the main plaza to achieve maximum solar access throughout the year.
